Our ceremonial-grade matcha is organically grown in Kagoshima and crafted from carefully selected first-harvest leaves. It boasts a vibrant green color with a smooth, creamy texture and a refined flavor balanced by subtle earthy and nutty notes. We recommend it both for traditional preparation as usucha or koicha, as well as for matcha drinks made with milk.

Origin

Taste
Smooth and naturally creamy with a fresh, well-rounded taste, refined umami, hint of grassiness, subtle earthy and nutty notes.
Preparation
Sift 2 g into a bowl. Pour in 60 ml of water at 80°C, then whisk briskly with a chasen until smooth and frothy.
