First-harvest, shade-grown matcha from Hangzhou, Zhejiang - grown from the Japanese Yabukita cultivar, covered for around twenty days before picking,
  then milled to a fine powder. Tested at source to EU food-safety standards. This is the latte cup: smooth, low in bitterness, and unbothered by milk,
  ice, or syrup. Bright enough to read clearly through oat or dairy, forgiving enough to hold up on a busy morning. 250 g resealable pouch - about 125
  cups, sized for weekly use rather than the back of a shelf.
